I'm a dedicated coach in weight loss, nutrition, and postnatal fitness. As a Mom of 4, I for one understand the struggles of motherhood and finding balance. After my last two pregnancies ended with c-sections, I felt disappointed and unrecognizable when looking in the mirror. Always being into fitness I educated herself and took back control of my body and mindset, becoming my own success story. My journey isn't just about fitness, it's a passion for helping women Especially Moms regain their strength so that they can feel confidently sexy again.
